1.What does "Pre-order" mean?
When a product is temporarily not available in stock because it has sold out or it is a product placed on the website in preview of the official launch, therefore it will not be shipped immediately after the purchase.
Therefore, we allow you to be able to already order and purchase it in advance, in order to be on the waiting list for that specific product. Once it arrives in our warehouse, we proceed with shipping the pre-order item.
Even if you have ordered other products that are available at that moment, containing a pre-order product, it will be delayed for delivery!
NB Precisely for this reason we recommend placing separate orders, so as to immediately receive what is available!
Pre-orders can last from approximately 2 weeks to 2 months (depending on the type of product and whether it is a new launch or a sold out product). If you have other questions or something is not clear to you, contact us via email missmalamilano@gmail.com
2.How long does it take for parcel delivery?
Our shipments are regularly fast (excluding pre-orders) the package is prepared in 1/2 working days based on the quantity of orders received and on the basis of the period. It is then shipped via SDA Express or GLS Express courier and delivered within 24/48 working hours and 48/72 working hours for the islands. If you spend more than €69, shipping is FREE and offered by us.

3.Is glue included in false eyelashes?
Glue is not included in false eyelashes for a very simple reason:
we want to offer you a quality product that lasts over time , therefore even more quantities inside the glue tube, for this reason you will find it separate from the False Eyelashes when it is available on the site.
